Introduction and Campus Tour

You have entered the world of English Literature at Seton Hall University.
Let's take a tour.

Meet the English Department Sign. He lets people know that they have entered the world of English Literature at Seton Hall University. A modest job, perhaps, but oh so necessary. Don't overlook his import. Don't dare overlook his import.

Here is the University Seal. I've heard stories of people stepping on it and falling straight through to the antebellum South. Or maybe I'm getting these stories confused with that novel Kindred by Octavia Butler. We English majors sure do read a lot!

The Seal actually doesn't like having its picture taken. I had to do it with my cell phone while pretending to send a text message. Thumbs up, University Seal!

Ahhh, gorgeous Fahy Hall. Don't let the endless construction fool you, Fahy is old. So old that most English classes are sequestered here. If you take a class in Fahy, you may encounter faulty projectors, broken projectors, overheating projectors, or loud Asian Studies classes.

Oh, Fahy Hall, we love you anyway. Don't we? Wait. D-Don't we?

I will be posting information regarding the upcoming Beowulf Film Project shortly. Stay tuned. Until next time, English majors...

Hugs not bugs,
Tom.
